My Weekly Macro Meals

2026 is officially in full swing—and so is my current FASTer Way round.
Which can only mean one thing… the people are hungry.

Fear not, friends. I’ve been spending some quality time in the kitchen whipping up easy, delicious, macro-friendly meals that are FASTer Way approved and very much real-life doable.

So without further ado, here’s a peek at my meals for the week.  And a little pro tip: if you find one you love—repeat the heck out of it. You’ll notice that’s exactly what I do. It saves time, avoids cooking fatigue, and makes tracking an absolute breeze.

Simple. Satisfying. Sustainable. Let’s eat!

My Repeat on Rotation Meal aka Air Fryer Chicken, Green Beans, and Roasted Sweet Potato

When I tell you I ate this meal 3 times this week….I ain’t lying….CAN.NOT. Get. Enough.

Preheat air fryer 350 

Spray the base with avocado oil and cook chicken (I like to coat tenderloins with taco seasoning and just a bit of avocado oil so seasoning sticks) approx 9 mins (flip half way)…..this depends on thickness of breast….you can cut into your chicken to check if cooked thru…..honestly even if you over cook these….somehow they still remain relatively moi*t so just play around with your temps….

My favorite CHILI CRUNCH

BLEND BLEND BLEND Once sauce is blended, toss in your greens of choice (I like asian slaw mix) and protein and ENJOY!
