My Weekly Strength Workouts P L U S a Sweet Protein Treat

I’ve previously mentioned but it bears repeating, I have been L O V I N G my FASTer Way strength workouts. Efficient, Effective, Trainer Lead, Challenging, and THIRTY MINUTES. These past 5 months, I’ve been committed to consistent strength training utilizing said workouts—and yes, the visible muscle definition is rewarding, but the real win? Feeling strong in real life. Like sprinting through the ATL airport (IYKYK) with two HEAVY bags and still making our connection without missing a beat.

Like moving Chase out of her dorm this past week—bookshelves, bedside tables, hauling them in and out of the car, up stairs—all without skipping a beat (or injuring my back). At one point, as I hoisted a bookshelf into my trunk, Chase looked at me and said, “Thank goodness you’re strong.”

And for me……That’s the kind of strength that matters.

Progressive overload isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a key ingredient in the secret sauce. Not one to gatekeep, I wanted to share another sample of my FASTer Way strength workouts….we’ve got a FULL BODY, UPPER, and LOWER and man they are GOOD. Minimal equipment needed with Maximum effect (here’s my AMAZON FITNESS storefront if you’re in need of some goodies). If y’all are ready to take a dive into the FASTer Way lifestyle, I’d be honored to support you through your journey….we kick off PREP WEEK on 5/19 and I’ll be cheering you with continued guidance throughout your 6 week journey. Use code BETH50 for a $50 discount! Oh and PS, sharing my 30 Day Step Challenge —my VIP’ers recently participated and it is a great way to keep yourself accountable and hit those steps!

Oh and how ‘bout we sweeten the deal (quite literally) with a new sweet treat I whipped up the other day….

PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER CUPS….Y O W Z A.

Easy breezy to make and holy smokes are they tasty!!

Simply melt your fave nut butter and once melted, mix in your favorite PROTEIN POWDER.

Melt chocolate chips, nibs, etc and coconut oil in a saucepan.

Line a cupcake sheet with liners and layer chocolate, nut butter, and chocolate (think a Reese’s PB cup).

Top with some sea salt flakes and toss in Freezer to set…..

Most importantly—ENJOY!
