I remember when my gal pal, Erin, was yip yapping last winter about [solidcore] and I was all knee deep in the FWTFL workouts, having great success and quite frankly, I wasn't down with pilates as I like to get a little messy (aka sweaty) when I workout. Since moving into our home, our screened in porch has quickly become one of our favorite spots to hang as a family.
