More Weekly Strength Workouts

Coming in hot with another round of my strength training workouts! 💪

For the past six months, I’ve been exclusively following the FASTer Way strength training workouts—and let me tell you, I am O B S E S S E D. They’ve been a game-changer in helping me build lean muscle mass and dramatically increase my overall strength.

At 46, I can honestly say I’ve never felt stronger—or better. 🙌

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: for me, it’s all about the long game. I’m making smart, healthy choices today to support the future version of myself. Longevity, energy, vitality—that’s the mission. And there’s no doubt that the combo of the FASTer Way workouts and the nutrition cycle has been the driving force behind my progress.

In addition to FASTer Way, I also incorporate two Solidcore workouts a week—I’ve been doing them for years and love the challenge they bring to my mind, body, and (duh) core.
