Vacation Mode with Shopbop

I never thought I’d consider 40 degrees and rainy to be “good weather” but after the arctic blast we endured over the last two weeks, I was thrilled to be able to step outside again without fear of frostbite setting in. I was even more thrilled when approached by Lovango Resort in St. John, inviting our family for a visit…the perfect escape from the mid-winter blues. I am so excited to share the details from this trip, however, here is what I have packed for our tropical getaway in the meantime:

First up is this stunning tunic from Zimmermann. While a definite splurge, it is a timeless addition to any wardrobe…it will certainly have a place in my wardrobe for years to come.

I love all things from Farm Rio and this linen set (shirt and pant) is no exception. When packing for a trip, I try my best to find pieces that are versatile and, most importantly, comfortable. The beauty of a set like this is you can wear pieces separately…think beach coverup…or pair them together for an effortless look while shopping or out to dinner.

Sticking with the green theme, this asymmetrical, crochet dress from Johanna Ortiz is light, breathable, and gorgeous for an upcoming getaway. I paired it with this funky and fun, beaded handbag from STAUD, my tried and true TKEES Mariana Sandals, and these shades from Krewe.

My love for all things stripes runs deep, especially when it comes to shirt dresses. Easily and effortlessly toss over your suit or wear for a comfortable afternoon exploring town…this STAUD Vita Dress will be on repeat all vacation (and summer) long.

Some other honorable mentions that made the trip down to St. John include:

This sweet Paloma mini dress from RHODE

This adorable mini handbag from Marni

This woven basket tote from Ulla Johnson

This one-piece and this bikini from Hunza G

This geometric one-piece suit from Mara Hoffman
