Easy Lunch with OurPlace

For those of you who are new or may have missed my post introducing OurPlace’s newest addition, the Always Pan 2.0, I am sharing another recipe that is oh so delicious and easy breezy thanks to the Always Pan 2.0. But first, lets chat details about this pan’s latest and greatest features:

With Summer just days away, I am prepping for the increase in mouths to feed during the daytime…luckily, my kiddos love a good sammie, and this tuna melt hits the spot everytime. Macro-friendly, high in protein/good fats, and packed with flavor, this is sure to be a go to meal if ever in a pinch! 

For this recipe, you’ll need your choice of bread, canned tuna, mayo, capers, EBTB (Everything but the Bagel) seasoning, and, if you like things spicy, I added hot & sweet jalapenos for a kick! Now, let’s eat, shall we? 

  1. I really just eyeball measurements here, but the trick is to hand (literally break up with your hands) mix your tuna, mayo, capers, EBTB, and peppers together in a bowl. 

  2. Next, give your bread of choice a generous slather of mayo, butter, or coconut oil and sprinkle with more EBTB seasoning for added crunch. I use the OurPlace spatula to really give it a good toast. 

  3. Flip and repeat..and voila! You have yourself the perfectly toasted, crispy and delicious sandwich with an easy breezy cleanup thanks to OurPlace’s Always Pan 2.0!
