Ingredients Needed for your one Pan Chicken Sausage Dinner:

  • Chicken sausage
  • Fuji apples
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Broccoli
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • Cinnamon
  • Chili lime seasoning
  • Stone ground mustard (optional)

Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut chicken sausage into thick slices. Chop apples, sweet potatoes, and veggies into bite-size pieces. Make three columns on your baking sheet: one of chicken sausage, one of apples and sweet potatoes, and one of broccoli and brussels. Drizzle everything with olive oil. Season apples and sweet potatoes with cinnamon. Season broccoli and brussels with chili lime. Roast for 25 minutes until golden brown. (Pro Tip - Any veggie will work, think: cauliflower, bell peppers, onions, etc.) Build your bowl: mix it all up, top with mustard, and put it in a bowl and enjoy not having dish duty!!
