It’s a modern form of membership‑based primary care. Your monthly fee covers your access and most primary care services. Many members keep insurance for hospitalizations, specialists, or emergencies.
Do you take insurance?
The membership does not bill insurance. That means we can spend more time with you and be transparent about costs. You also have unlimited access to your physician. You can still use insurance for referrals, imaging, or medications as appropriate. It’s important to note that most standard labs are included in your NLDC membership.
Can I use HSA/FSA funds?
Often yes, but please confirm with your plan administrator.
Where are you accepting patients?
We are currently serving patients in Indiana and FLORIDA. More states to follow.
