Weekly Eats + Workouts

Hi Friends!  Coming in hot with another round of FASTer Way friendly eats for the week……having a balanced macro meal is the name of the game in the FASTer Way and trust me when I say tastiness isn’t sacrificed with these dishes!   Also sharing my weekly strength workouts which are avail on the FASTer Way app for my clients and ps:   I fibbed yall…..didn’t plan on doing a December round but there was too much interest from you and hell….why not get a leg up on 2026!!
